Introduction: -

My name is TeenaKumari Fusaram Suthar and I am a resident of sirohi, in the state of

Rajasthan, India. I am writing this Statement of Purpose to pursue a Post-Graduate Certificate
in MBA from Roehampton University in the province of London, United Kingdom.

I completed my SSC in march 2014 by attaining 60% and completed my HSC in march 2016
by attaining 71.6% from Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board. After I
completed my schooling, I started Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Gujarat
University, Ahmedabad with CGPA 6.15 in the year of 2019. During my bachelors, I studied
subjects like Advance Marketing Management, Human Recourse Management, Financial
Management, Industrial Law, Strategic Management, Organizational Behaviour, Production
and operation Management and many more.

Why MBA (With Placement)?

After understanding the current market trend and analysing the probability for the
professional growth, I soon understand that I have to accentuate my skill to stay competitive.
After my extensive research of various programs, I finally narrowed my search down to the
program MBA. The main reason for my selection is that, it opens the international boundaries
for my career growth. Furthermore, the companies nowadays working in many nations hence,
there are growing need for business and management graduates with an international
perspective, who are capable of operating effectively in a globalized world. This concerns not
only senior managers, but employees at all levels that have to interact with international
customers and suppliers, partners or international colleagues. By studying MBA, I could
cover the core areas such as Business Research Methods, Strategic Marketing, Strategy in
Practice, Project Management, Financial Performance Management, Leadership Change
Management and many more modules. I wish to work with highly reputed companies and
manage the international businesses, supervise and ensure the overall smooth functioning of
the company. The program will give me huge exposure where I can manage huge projects
and carry various managerial functions efficiently which will open up many opportunities for
me and give a boost to my career.

Why UK for studies?

UK was the first choice for me when I was in a phase to choose a country for my post-
graduation because some straightforward reasons. The education system of UK is brilliant in
all sorts of ways and ranked as best among the whole world. In addition to that, UK is a safe
and peaceful nation with superb health care facilities. UK has World-class Universities, and
Master’s education from these universities is accepted all over the world. All British
institutes provide a dynamic, innovative and challenging environment in which one can
create and nurture their true potential. British qualification will surely be a strong base for
boosting my career and building my future. Every year, talented students from all over the
globe do come to UK to study so that they can make their dream come true. Studying with
them will surely expose me to their cultures and ethics, as well as improve my
communication skills.
Also, UK spends more per capital on its education system than any other countries.UK also
offers a Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP) so after completing my studies the
international work experience along with practical education, will help me immensely to get
success anywhere around the world. Hence, it can add value to my resume not only through
international education but also through international work experience. International
students are given several facilities by universities from student clubs to academic advisors,
no stones are left unturned to provide the support student’s need.

Future Plans: -

As an international student I will be eligible to apply for a Post-Graduation Work Permit in

UK. In this duration, I will make sure to work with full integrity and understand the
international working practices. It will expand my horizon and help me when I come back to
India. As going to be a part of a Roehampton family, and after being a capable security
manager with well trainers and well-studied subjects, I will be a post-graduate in MBA. My
primary need is to gain valuable experience at international level. This experience will help
me to get jobs in reputed Multi-National Companies in India. MBA is one of the most
important fields of computers and considered as the mediator of all other fields in the
Business sector. Apart from that, I will get Potential titles such as Export Mangers and
Executives, International Business Consultant, International Business Development Manager,
International Marketing Manager, Global Business Manager, Project Manager etc. In the current
market competition majority of companies are looking for a skilled graduate, and having the
International education and experience. It will surlily help me to crack an excellent job at a
higher position in reputed company with a very good pay scale.
Family Background & Reasons to return to India
I live in Ahmedabad in the state of Gujarat, India. My father Mr Fusaram Dharmaji Suthar is
a Businessman and my mother Mrs.PavanBen Fusaram Suthar is a homemaker. I have
younger brother his name is MahendraKumar Fusaram Suthar. He is currently studying in
12th standard and my younger sister her name is SeemaKumari Fusaram Shuthar. She is
currently studying in last year of BSC (Bachelor of Science). My family has always been my
wall of fortitude and supported me in my decision of studying in United Kingdom. My future
goal is to complete my program with distinguished grades. After completion of my program
and gaining practical work exposure under PGWP, I plan to come back to India. I am very
emotionally attached to my family. I don’t wish to stay away from them for a longer period,
so I will come back to India. I wish to work with top companies and later plan to establish my
own business in India.
