APPOINTMENT SCRIPT

You: Hey Name it’s (Your name) how are you ?

Prospect: “Oh.. Great, how are you.”who is this ?

You: ““That’s great, my name is (your name) from smart candles and I am one of the
success managers here . I see you requested access to our smart candles software. Is
that right?

Prospect: Yes

If no : okay I understand I believe you requested access a few weeks ago are you still
interested in making money with trading ?

You: . Awesome We love to check up on our clients to make sure they’re on track to meeting
theirs goals.

YOU: How is trading going for you ?

Prospect: “oh nice, cool.”

Prospect: ANSWER

YOU: “Ok i understand the reason for this call. I wanted to book a coaching session with you
and one of our top coaches to show you what is currently working best for our top clients. . i just
have a few questions . is that okay ?

Prospect : Yes

If no : I Understand the call is completely free and the worst case scenario is you will learn
something new . would that be okay ? (continue on script if yes)

HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN TRADING ?

You: “Okay great. This is what i’m going to do for you i’m going to set you up with a strategy
call and we will show you what are current top clients are doing . Sound good?

YOU: GREAT does this afternoon or tomorrow work better for you ? (always give two
options )

Prospect morning

YOU: does 10 or 12 am sound better ?

Prospect lets do 10am

YOU: okay perfect Name you will receive a text from your specific coach so keep an
eye out for that alright ?

YOU : Fantastic NAME can you be in a quiet spot near a computer ?

You: perfect have a great day take care

Optional : Great name so we have you down for xyz that is going to be the best time correct?

place of YES, I’m ready! Get them excited and committed.

back anymore. This is your time...correct? (you should hear a powerful yes here)

You: And Name, if you felt hundred percent confident in your ability would you just load up your

You : okay a few thousand dollars ? (reason I ask is we want to make sure we can actually
help you )

You : Awesome, my last question before I lock this call in with ________. If this is something
