YELLOW RIVER
BREAD

metric ingredients

250 gram Strong Flour


1/8 tbsp. Salt
150 gm Castor sugar
50 gm Yeast
250 ml Milk
100 gm Margarine
nos Egg
125 ml Water
250 gm Raisins
1/8 tsp Yellow coloring

Method of cooking

1. Combine flour, sugar, eggs, margarine, salt and water then mix well
2. Dissolved yeast with milk and then pours into the flour mixture
3. Knead them until becomes a smooth and elastic dough
4. Add in the raisins and yellow coloring and then mix well
5. Rest the dough into small portion (30gm each)
6. Shape the dough into small portion
7. Cut the center of the dough with sharp knife, egg wash the dough and then sprinkle with
castor sugar
8. Bake in the hot oven with temperature 200C for about 20-25 minutes.
