Dear Tracenean Students and Parents,

Greetings!

This is the season when we usually celebrate your academic success through graduation ceremonies,
recognition rites, and closing ceremonies among others. However, due to the current health crisis and the
government’s restrictions on mass gatherings, the Department of Education (DepEd) and the
Commission on Higher Education (CHED) postponed the conduct of physical graduation, recognition, and
other year-end festivities indefinitely.

However, we understand that these momentous events are important milestones that our students and
parents would like to commemorate despite the challenging times. As such, TRACE College shall be
conducting alternative activities in lieu of the traditional graduation, recognition, and closing ceremonies.

TRACE College will conduct an E-Recognition Program intended to acknowledge and recognize non-
graduating students (except Primary and Grade 10) who exemplified outstanding academic performances
within this school year.
