On July 23, 2020, patrol officers with the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office were dispatched to Art.1 s.16(b)(5)
in response to a call reporting that a person had been shot at the complex. Upon arriving on scene, officers located
Art.1 s.16(b)(5) ("the deceased victim") on the ground in front of Art.1 s.16(b)(5) suffering from multiple
gunshot wounds. Paramedics from Jacksonville Fire and Rescue responded and pronounced the deceased victim dead on
scene. Soon thereafter, homicide detectives responded and began investigation. Later, the deputy medical examiner conducted
an autopsy on the deceased victim's body. The deputy medical examiner ruled the deceased victim's cause of death as "gunshot
wounds of the head with perforations of the skull and brain" and ruled the manner of death as homicide.

Early in the investigation, your affiant interviewed F.S.119.071(2)(m) shared that he was in his
apartment at the time of the fatal shooting. F.S.119.071(2)(m) just before the fatal shooting, the deceased victim left the
apartment and walked outside. Then, F.S.119.071(2)(m) heard what he believed at the time to be fireworks. F.S.119.071(2)(m) opened the
front door of the apartment, intending to tell the deceased victim that it was too late in the evening for fireworks when he saw a
man approaching the deceased victim from the south side of the apartment building. F.S.119.071(2)(m) said F.S.119.071(2)(C)

Then, the gunman then fled the homicide scene, running southbound. Twenty-four (24) forty (40) caliber casings were recovered
by crime scene investigators at the homicide scene.

During the investigation, homicide investigators F.S.119.071(3) near to the homicide

scene. F.S.119.071(3) two men at the homicide
scene at the time of the homicide. F.S.119.071(3) investigators observed two masked men approaching the homicide
scene on foot immediately before the time of the homicide. One man, outfitted all in black, F.S.119.071(3)
dressed in a hooded sweatshirt and black pants. The man outfitted in all black appeared to have a small, thin frame and was
short in statute. (This man's height and physique are consistent with that of the suspect.) The other man, taller in stature than the
first man, F.S.119.071(3) dressed in a red hooded sweatshirt and light-colored jeans. Both men can be seen
wearing white masks over their faces. Immediately, after the time of the homicide these same two men F.S.119.071(3)
running from the homicide scene.

On February 8, 2021, officers with the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office were actively patrolling the area around Art.1 s.16(b)(5)
when they heard numerous gunshots. Ultimately, investigators discovered
three people dead from apparent gunshot wounds on scene. Fifteen (15) forty (40) caliber casings were recovered from the triple
homicide scene. Shortly thereafter, these officers observed a vehicle driving erratically from the area of the gunfire. These
officers observed this vehicle drive through a red light at which time the officers attempted a traffic stop on the vehicle,
activating their emergency lights and sirens. Rather than stop, the vehicle fled from officers, instigating a high-speed pursuit.

Once the officers stopped the fleeing vehicle, they discovered the suspect in the vehicle's backseat. Additionally, a partially
disassembled forty (40) caliber Glock handgun was found in the vehicle's backseat. F.S.119.071(2)(C)
The suspect was arrested and charged with murder pertaining to that triple homicide.
