your coming pitch deck next week. Be reminded that each company will have 10 minutes
maximum presentation time. Be free and creative to use whatever presentation form;

The Final Presentation Pitch will be held online on Wednesday 2 December 2020 starting at
9 o'clock. The company schedule will be informed soon.

Good morning all the lecturers (Sebut nama dosennya)


I’m Monica Vania from ENTRÉE 19, I’m developing Beranikah as my first startup business
idea.

Beranikah is the short name of Berani Nikah.


Beranikah is a digital platform of marriage preparation course and consulting in Indonesia.

Before I start to explain about this business, let me show you a video about the big line of
my idea.

We know marriage is the most important thing that everyone wants to do in all entire their
life so it should be prepared as well before someone enter their marriage.
I personally have a burden when seeing the people around me having problems in their
marriage and most of the causes of these problems because both partners didn’t know
about basic knowledge of building a family. Most of them only know and imitate what their
parents did in their family before.

I encourage to develop this idea because I have 3 points of reason why Beranikah should be
existed today.
First, to reduce after marriage potential conflict.
Second, to reduce divorce cases in Indonesia.
Third, to preparing ourselves with right values before we enter marriage.

From our research, there’s 1 divorce case in 6 marriage cases every year and it’s happening
right now. The number of marriage and divorce cases are increasing every year. We can find
the data on BPS.
This is caused because they haven’t known yet about basic knowledge of building a family
also there is no digital platform that provides online marriage preparation course that can
be accessed easily by couples who want to get married. Then the similar service also didn’t
have affordable price.

Beranikah has the solution. For us, it’s better to prevent than cure.
It’s easy and simple. Booking, join and you got this.

MARKET SIZE
We have Total Available Market from the number of marriages in a year. Around 1.9 Million
couple who got married every year in Indonesia.
Because we are a digital platform, our target is from Indonesia’s big city, we took 6 cities,
these are Jakarta, Surabaya, Malang, Bandung, Makassar, Semarang.
For Share of Market, we took 2% market injection, it results 1.500 couple who should be our
target for joining Beranikah Program every year.

Our target market is couple who want to get married.


If all couple who want to get married are joining our program, we have 570 Billion Rupiahs.
If we get around 77.000 couples in big city, we will get 23 Billion Rupiahs in a year.
For rationable target, from 2% of Service Available Market, we will get 450 Million Rupiahs
by giving service to 1.500 couples in a year.

COMPETITOR
There’s some similar service,
Prewed Academy has same service but they are more into religious side.
Kelas Cinta and Konsultasi Pernikahan also provide marriage preparation course but they
haven’t specific program and their price are expensive.
A new competitor is roomansa.id, they are establised this year, they provide the same
service but they have no program like we had. They only provide some of single theme of
webinars.

OUR SERVICE
Consists of a Marriage Preparation Program in one package along with a guide book that will
be distributed to each couple. This program focused on Mental Health, Financial and
Parenting. This program will take 3 weeks from beginning into end.
Week 1 – Healthy Marriage
● Preparing Mental Health on Marriage between couple characteristic and
backgrounds.
● Talking about how solve the problem, good communication, intimacy, etc.
Week 2 – Vulnerable Marriage
● Preparing couple to become vulnerable financially.
● Learn about how to manage financial on marriage.
Week 3 – Good Team Marriage
● Preparing marriage is not only about having children but become a parent.
● Learn about how to be a good example to your children, communication with kids,
etc.

MARKETING PLAN
1. Social Media Engagement
• Content Development (Instagram, Facebook, etc) to build brand awareness
• Instagram Story Content to gain more engagement

2. Collaboration
• Influencers  who have same values about marriage
• Government  based on our research, the government will also implement a
marriage course as a requirement for marriage, but until now there has been no
realization and clarity in the regulations that will be established next.
• Education Platform  planning to do collaboration with high school, university and
digital education platform in Indonesia.

BUSINESS MODEL
From the 2% share of market, we have 1.500 couples as our first target market.
For the admission fee for every couple is 300.000 rupiahs for joining our program.
So we have estimated income in a year = 450 Million rupiahs.
