The museum displayed models of different types of dredgers, ancillary crafts, vintage photo shoots and various technological artefacts & historical milestones of this dredging behemoth from the Eastern Port City of Vizag. The Hon'ble Union Minister Shri Sarbananda Sonowal has reviewed the performance of DCI along with Chairman DC! Shri K Rama Mohana Rao and MD & CEO DCI, Prof Dr G.V.V Victor in presence of HODs of DCI. A detailed presentation was given about the future plans of DCI growth prospectus. Hon'ble Minister said that Dredging is very important for the existence of the port and in this competitive world DCI has to prove it is the best in the dredging business. He said Dredging is very important for strengthening the country's economy.
