Skills and talents


MANAGEMENT
· I am constantly helping family with renovating houses and constructing plant-rich gardens. This also
involves a lot of management tasks so that you can work as efficiently and as quickly as possible,
because time is money.
· In addition, I also make a lot myself. I do this by reducing costs as much as possible and looking up
how to do something myself. For example, with a budget under € 1000 I made a garden shed of 18m2
that is insulated, furnished and equipped with internet and electricity.

COMMUNICATION
· Communication is the key to success, so the way you say or convey something is crucial to have your
message clearly interpreted by your listener. But not only your voice and what you say is important,
especially your body language and sometimes what you don’t say such as a pause is extremely
important. I grew up with dyslexia which did not make writing, reading but especially talking easy. I
was a huge stutterer and therefore often did not know what to say myself. That's why I taught myself
how to get better at this, what makes people listen to you and how you can bring out a message well
as what charismatic traits are and how you can improve yourself. Now I often hear after a
presentation that I come across as very communicative.

SALE
· Both in my studies and in the work experience I have had, I have learned a lot about how to sell. From
addressing people, showing appearance and gaining trust with people to knowing what people want
to hear and knowing what is important or where I should put my priorities.
