Dear Students

Tomorrow marks the beginning of Term –II exams .

Please note the following :

You are expected to come for the exams in neatly ironed school
uniform complete with belt , badge , shoes and ID card . Wear a face
mask .
You are going to a different school to write the exam . THE Centre is
MGM Public school . Do not forget that you are a Bhavanite . Your
code of conduct outside should be one that is befitting a true
Bhavanite . You will report here on all exam days and you will be
taken to the centre and back . Subject teachers will accompany you .

Reporting Time at school – 8.30am- 9 am


Departure from school to centre – 9.15 AM
Entry to Exam Hall – 9.30 am- 9.45 am
Exam Duration – 10.30 am – 12.30pm
Back to school – 12.45 pm -1pm
Parents to drop and pick up wards from BVB Manvila .

Adhering to safety guidelines to avoid the spread of covid 19 is your personal


responsibility . Do not remove your face mask while you are inside the exam
centre.

You must report to the exam centre latest by 9.45 am . No student will be allowed
thereafter . Also no candidate will be allowed to leave the exam centre before the exam
is over .

You are expected to follow the instructions given by invigilators especially for filling in
the details on the facing sheet . Your Admit Card has all the relevant details . Look into
that and fill in .

PERMITTED ITEMS

Following are the permitted items in the examinations:-


(a) Admit Card & School ID Card
(b) Stationery items i.e. Transparent Pouch,
Geometry/Pencil Box, Blue/Royal Blue Ball
Point/Gel Pen/ fountain pen (2 nos) , Pencil , Scale,
Eraser, Analogue Watch and Transparent Water
Bottle
BARRED ITEMS

Following are the barred items in the examinations:-


(a) Any stationery item – such as textual material
(printed or written), bits of papers, Calculator , Pen
Drives, Log Table (shall be provided by the
centres), Electronic Pen/ Scanner, etc.
(b) Any communication device – such as Mobile Phone,
Bluetooth, Earphones, Microphone, Pager, Health
Band, Camera, etc.
(c) Other items like Wallet, Goggles, Handbags, pouches, etc.
(d) Any eatable item opened or packed.
(e) Any other item which could be used for unfair means.
(f) CBSE is of the view that everyone participating in
examinations as a student should be made self-
accountable for their responsibilities. Hence, all the
students will satisfy themselves before entering into
the examination centre that they are not carrying any
article which could be used and helpful in improving
the performance of the candidates in the examination
or a threat for the safety and security of the
examination.
(g) In case, it is observed that above instructions are not
followed by the students and they are caught, CBSE will not
refrain from taking severe actions against the student
including cancellation of the examination.
