ACV : 1 big spoon Apple Cider Vinegar (with lemon and 1 glass water and pink salt) 10
Minutes or more before meal. Use a straw.
Vegetables to be used in Salads : Lettuce, Cucumber, Olives, Radish, Capsicum (green, red,
yellow), Cabbage (green, red, chinese cabbage), Tomato, chopped Green leafy(spinach,
parsley, methi), cherry tomatoes, etc
NUT MIX : Butter fried mix of Peanuts, Sesame seeds, Chia seeds, Flax seeds, Almonds,
walnuts (any combination). Can be used for SNACKING.
Hot beverage : Green tea, ginger tea, Tulsi tea, Black coffee, etc.

2pm : ACV+ Palak chicken + Cauliflower fried rice (Use grater) (veg/non veg) (4 ways /choose

8pm : ACV + Ridge gourd masala + Red cabbage salad + Supplements

10am : ACV + Egg bhurji
2pm : ACV + Palak Paneer (100g) + Cucumber Cabbage salad + Supplements
