Terms and Conditions

1. Participants need to register on the Manfest-Varchasva website to be eligible to

participate in the festivities on and off the campus premises.
2. A participant can register only once for each event. (Multiple registrations
will be a liable ground for disqualification)
3. The organizers reserve the right to make any changes to the event, format, date, rules
and any matter related to the festival, at any time, before, during or after the event.
4. The participants are required to carry valid photo ID cards to the venue without
which participation will not be allowed.
5. Each participating team needs to nominate a primary participant (POC) who will be
responsible for all further proceedings and engagements with the organizing team in
any matter related to the festival.
6. Any agreement, verbal or written, between the POC and the organizers will be binding
on every member of the participating team.
7. We do not commit to any specific date for the release of prize money and reimbursements.
Participants may remain in touch with the organizing team for further details. The
monetary transactions will be cleared before the next edition of the festival.
8. Prize money is subject to fulfilment of sponsor commitments
9. All forms must be filled out correctly after required deliberation. The organizing team
will not be liable in case of any discrepancies. The organization reserves the right to
utilize the information filled in these forms for whatever purposes, it deems fit.
10. Prize money will be disbursed 6 months post the festival owing to administrative
bottleneck.
