PRESENTATION
Solucionet is currently ranked as a leader in the management of marketplace volumes,
having closed 2021 with over 1.000 MM USD in transactions.
As such, we strongly believe that Minelab has a great opportunity of expanding into new
markets, initially by designing the marketplace model, and secondly by developing its own
channels.
Having completed part of the journey together, we are confident that we have the right team
and partners to accompany you in this challenge.
The company's brand identity fits perfectly with Solucionet. Dynamism, commitment, and
honesty are some of the features that make us identify with you.
In 2021 we enhanced our technological capacity. We acquired two entire companies, which
made it possible for us to accelerate our penetration into both the ecommerce and product
development markets.
Alongside our expertise in the industry, we have specialists in the retail sector. Our leaders
have more than 10 years of business development experience and fully understand the rules
of financing, pricing, stock, and the importance of fraud prevention strategies to consolidate
an online business.
At Solucionet we strive to build a huge ecommerce business for the whole region. Our
partnership strategy is a fundamental cornerstone and that is why we focus on delivering
valuable training to the marketplace along with organizations that share our vision.
We wish this presentation to faithfully express step by step the reason why we believe we
are the ideal partner for this project.
Sincerely,
Alejandro Riener
Commercial Director

3. IMPLEMENTATION
Scope of Solucionet implementation
The main objective of the current project is to develop Minelab's digital presence in Chile.
To this end, we developed a Full commerce model that includes:
1. Importation of products
2. Implementation of marketplaces, starting with Mercadolibre.
3. Digital marketing strategy
4. Development and operation of Minelab's own e-shop (optional).
3.1 Importation
Solucionet has chosen Andes Logística as a partner in Chile, which assists us with the
warehousing tasks. At a conceptual level, the importation service is divided into 3 parts:
● Importation: A ComEx agent will provide advice on and lead imports and will
ensure that goods are transported from origin and cleared efficiently.
● Logistics and Supply Chain: Solucionet's Supply Chain team will coordinate
logistics and supply within the country.
● Administration and Finance: our team will handle invoicing and accounting
through our companies.
In this connection, it is important to underscore the fact that Solucionet does not mark up
the transactional costs or taxes associated with the importation operation. International and
national logistics are outsourced by Solucionet to one of its specialized partners. The
associated costs such as taxes, import tariffs, customs duties, international and domestic
freight, warehousing, etc. will be passed on to the customer directly and transparently.
The importation fee covers the total coordination of imports, and a fixed amount is payable
for each importation.

Due carrier USD 100
Note that importation and freight costs are subject to constant variations and should be
used as a benchmark.

3.2. Marketplace Management
Mercadolibre has become synonymous with #Ecommerce Latam after consolidating its
position as one of the 10 most visited websites in the world and competing with giants from
all over the planet in the digital arena.
At Solucionet we see this as a unique opportunity for companies with competitive products
like yours. Hence, we have designed a tailor-made solution not only to take advantage of the
channel, but also to do so in a fast and effective way by providing all the tools we have
acquired over the years and the resources to implement a successful strategy for each
channel.
12
Creation of brand stores.
Sales Analysis
Unique products in the market, identification of the best-selling products with the highest
returns, best-selling products in units and Mercado Libre's sales.
13
Market Size
Identification of the largest shops in each category, product share, brand share and average
sale by product, category, and brand.
Final Report
Reports will be produced showing insights into visualizations, opportunities for new
products and categories, comparisons with current shops and catalogue improvement.
3.3 MARKETING
The #DataDriven model to ensure business success
The definition of objectives is the first step for decision making at commercial and strategic level. As
a starting point of the project, we define the main KPIs and measure their evolution in real time,
executing the following basic configurations of the measurement system:
● Configuration of all measurement tools (Google analytics, Facebook pixels, account linking,
Google tag manager, etc).
● Configuration of dashboard for real-time monitoring of the main social listening topics.
● Definition of the ongoing reporting structure on the evolution of KPIs.
We review and optimize the Key Metrics of cross digital platform performance (websites and
social networks), focusing on content and user behavior through the different stages of the
funnel and conversion rate optimization.

Paid Media Strategy
We propose, implement, measure, and optimize by ensuring learning and the continuous
improvement of results.
¿En qué consiste nuestro servicio de gestión de paid media? What do we offer through our
paid media management service? What does our paid media management service offer?
We develop email automation flows and push notifications throughout the entire consumer
journey, which enables us to accompany the user, reducing the rate of abandonment of the
purchase process and increasing conversion.

rather than the consumer's behavior.
