Typically, sales management trainees are recruited at the entry-level, where they
learn to manage sales. The trainees assist with tasks associated with sales
management. They work under the supervision of executives and managers in
business enterprises.

The main aim of the swadeshi farms is to provide employment for the
uneducated or jobless women in villages by giving the work of manufacturing
food and other items. The start up company mainly focus on the women
empowerment.
INTRODUCTION TO THE REPORT
The sales and marketing departments in the organization are linked to each
other.While the marketing function of an organization positions itself to
establish the needs of actual and prospective customers and also the most
important task of product promotion ,the sales department engages in active
selling of the company’s products to customers.
Customer satisfaction will assume the top position in list of key sales and
customer engagement is also the trend in sales management.

Sales and marketing trainee plays a prominent role in every company as the
growth of sales depending on the sales and marketing department, as they frame
strategies and tries to pick the sales to the great extent.
The sales and marketing trainee introduces new products to the market and
they will create awareness to the people who are awared from that by
conducting campaigns and all. Sales and marketing trainee promotes products
through various social media platforms like instagram, whatsapp, linkedin,
facebook . And also introduces new products by conducting campaigns.

Swadeshi farms recently participated in the Ayush Expo & Food Festival
hosted by the national institute of Ayurveda & Ayush ministry at Jawahar kala
kendhra ,Jaipur .

area people.
Mission
The mission is to promote Indian ayurvedic idealogy and healthy living while
focusing on price penetration so that people of all economic classes can lead
healthy life.
Products manufactured
The products that manufactured by the swadeshi farms are organic and natural
products which are healthy and safety. Some of the products are included they
are handmade food items like tasty and crunchy snacks, multigrain masala
Bites, multigrain sada bites, spices, sharbat with different flavours, chai masala ,
organic shampoo and soaps, herbal oils etc.
LEARNING OBJECTIVE
Using the proper strategies for maximum benefit, this knowledge can be
acquired during the training period provided the trainee completes this
period with maximum effort.
Making a list of resellers who are targeted along with being properly
connected with them business works.
Tasks that I have performed for the entire period of internship
And also they have trained about the uses of hashtags (#) and how to use it.
In this second week of internship we came to know the products that the
company offered to promote and sell. Their uses and also benefits and how to
place an order through e-mail. Responses from the clients had received. In this
week I taught how to handle customers and clarifying their about the products.
During the third week of internship I have promoted the product through
various social media platforms like Instagram,
Facebook, Linkedin, Youtube, Whatsapp status etc.
I took support of some popular Instagram and Facebook pages for product
promotions. This helps me a lot because most of the people know about this
products.
The company is offering organic eatables, and beauty care products. I have
promoted Beauty care products like soaps, face packs etc.
Meet was conducted by the Hr, in every meet they ask about the work progress
and they clarifies intern’s doubts and provide knowledge about our work

During the last week of internship, I have promoted the products through
various social media platforms.
In this week. I have promoted the organic eatables and herbal products like hair
oil, chawanprash, chilli powder, dhaniya powder etc.
I have successfully placed my second order regarding alovera coconut hair oil.
CONCLUSION
As a sales and marketing trainee I have learnt many things about the marketing
to pitch the sales to a great extent in this throughout internship program.
Thus , these are all the activities I have done throughout the period of my
internship in Swadeshi farms ( eatorgo llp )
