Routine Activities To Reduce Sleeping Cell Problem
Routine Activities To Reduce Sleeping Cell Problem
1. After any EDAP related activity (Deletion/Addition/Modification), Site reset & after that BCSU Switchover will be given by GNSC. 2. GNSC will toggle the GENA for cells having 7789 Alarm observed every day at 4 AM and 10 PM 3. Weekly BCSU switch over will be done by circle team 4. GNSC will monitor the BVCI, GENA & status for All the cells at 6 AM, take MML output and based on that they will take the corrective action (GENA toggling, NSEI RESET etc) and provide the list to circle Team. 5. After MPLS Fluctuation GNSC will verify the BVCI status, monitor NSEI Toggling alarm and will take the corrective action if required. 6. After SGSN upgrade, GNSC will verify BVCI status for all the Cells. PaCo team should inform GNSC after the completion of activity. 6. Circle NPO will analyze the Cells having DBBH payload ZERO & provide analyzed data to GNSC. GNSC will carryout Analysis & if any corrective action is to be taken, circle BSS will take the action. 7. PCU Loading should be less than 90% (Circle NPO will ensure) 8. Remote BSC Gb BW utilization should be less than 70% . (Circle NPO will ensure). If any corrective action is to be taken, circle BSS & Transmission team will take the corrective action.
