19-05, Power Box, New Transistor
The power box EJB 5080 in the electronic safety system has two transistors for the power supply to
the oil cooler and the remote control system respectively.
We have had examples of the ventilator on the oil cooler Oiltech LDC-016 overloading and
damaging the transistor of the power box for the oil cooler when starting up.
Therefore both transistors have been changed to a higher capacity and can be loaded with 30 amp.
continuously contrary to previously 11 amp.
The change in the power box EJB 5080 has been carried out as from serial no. 05018469, and the
new version has been fitted on loaders manufactured as from week 18-2005.
The serial number is placed on the plate on the power box (please see photo no. 1). Example: serial
number 05018504, where 0501 indicates the production date week 01 in year 2005.

In cases where a transistor is overloaded and damaged, you have to fit a relay (see photo no. 2):
HMF part no. 27342 (24 volt) or 28578 (12 volt). The part no. does not include wires.
