 Chapter 1: Executive Summary

1.1 Business Description

The business is called Stream Cyber Café. It is a computer shop which can be useful to
gamers or other customers in need of using a computer. The company provides trendy
online games, other computer games and the use of the internet for social and other
purposes. Stream Cyber Café also provides print and xerox or photo copy in the shop.

1.2 Business Mission Vision

Vision - The vision of the business is to be a successful computer shop that is known in
their target market and to be a huge computer shop business that would have different
branches in different parts of Cavite or even the Philippines.

Mission - The mission of Stream Cyber Café is to give satisfaction to their customers
which would help them gain loyalty from their customers and in order to satisfy their
customers, the business must provide good service like having a functional and updated
type of computers, a clean environment and a fast internet connection.

1.3 Business Goals

- Service – We strive to treat our customers respectfully as our quests.

- Atmosphere – We will provide pleasant and very welcoming environment, and maintain a
clean and comfortable and elegant place at all times.

1.5 Key to Success

The key to success is making sure that you’re satisfying your customers because satisfied
customers means gaining loyalty and gaining loyalty means continuous flow of profit in
the business. Focusing on our customer’s wants and needs will help us gain more
customers, more profits and help us have a successful and growing business.

1.6 Company Ownership

The business is run by two individuals w/c is under a general partnership where both
partners are jointly liable for the firm’s obligations. The two partners have equal shares
and rights.

1.7 Business Location

The business is located at Lagalas Food Hauz, Cavite Tirona Highway, Brgy. Habay,
Bacoor Cavite. In front of SM Bacoor. It is located where there are many people who
would like to play computer games ,and print their documents.
