PREFACE
For the deep inclination into the management concepts Research is an important
aspect. Theoretical knowledge gives us the fundamental concepts of management,
and practical training teaches us those facts and skills, which are successfully
employed to capture today’s competitive market. Theoretical knowledge must be
correlated with practical training to make a learning process more effective and to
provide to judge and apply one’s theoretical knowledge. Thus, training plays an
important role in development and sharpening one’s skills in the field of business
management and administration.
The experience that I have got during this period has given me an orientation which
I believe will help me to shoulder any task successfully in near future. I have
tried my best to arrange my work in a systematic and chronological way. However,
to cover detailed information of the organization in such a short period was
impossible. To despite the inherent shortcoming of the study, a genuine attempt was
made on my part to see that the study was carried out in the right respective.
