FIRE TRAINING CERTIFICATE

Certified that M/S. Swastik Industries, Kundli, Sonepat has made satisfactory fire drill
required by the rules on dated 05/07/19 at 16:30 p.m. General Shift, and fire fighting system
tested during the fire drill and found in good condition. Fire drill was made in the premise of the
factory and the following staff/workers were trained for how to use the different extinguish the
fire.
