Dear teacher,
Thank-you so much for your purchase. I hope this
resource helps to simplify your lesson planning and gives
your new students a creative way to introduce
themselves.

This resource includes an 8-page booklet that

students can fill out to introduce themselves. It is an
excellent activity to use during the first day (or week)
of school. The pages are self-explanatory – the
students need to answer the prompts and draw a
picture (if applicable). When they are complete you can
have your students present their booklets as a way to
get to know their new classmates. You can even
complete one about yourself! The completed booklets
make an excellent bulletin board display.

I have included the booklet in three different formats:

Small: 4 per page (pages 3-4)
Medium: 2 per page (pages 5-8)
Large: 1 per page (pages 9-16)
You can choose the template that works best for your
students based on the grade level and the amount of
space you have to display this project.
