Job Title Data Analyst - Data Science
About the Department Business Transformation is the Global Digital Office of
Healthcare HGS. The team’s primary focus is to work on
driving cost optimization initiatives for both internal and
external teams. All the projects across Automation, Analytics,
AI and Digital Consulting is housed under the Digital Office.
The team works on building new capabilities and solutions
that enhance customer experience and drive efficiency across
the estate
Job Role We’re looking for a dynamic Analytics (AI/ML) – Data
Analyst/Data Scientist to join our Business Transformation
Team. We have a relentless focus on driving results for our
customers and enabling them to invest more into their
customer care experience. A Data Scientist will be a critical
part of our growing business where we are continually striving
to streamline our customer operations and will be interfacing
with stakeholders throughout the enterprise to help drive the
adoption of the analytics and will also be responsible for
analyzing business processes, design and
identifying/implementing solutions as well as guiding the
Business teams and development teams. Overall the tech lead
needs to manage end to end delivery of Analytics projects,
guide and manage the tech team, be responsible to manage
deliverables or the end to end project life cycle. Needs to be
proficient in Python & Data science concepts.
Reporting to

Responsibilities:

 Identify valuable data sources and automate manual processes

 Should be comfortable working with structured and unstructured data
  Analyze large amount of data with right visualization techniques
 Build machine learning and statistical models
 Good with MS excel and MS power point
 Should deliver projects with documentation
 Propose Solution and strategies to accomplish the task/requirement

Collaborate with other team members

Qualifications: 
Bachelors/Masters with specialization in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics
or other quantitative field is preferred
Good Communication in Verbal and written

Must Require Skills

2+ proven experience as data scientist or data analyst

Experience in data mining
Understanding of mathematical and statistical equations
Knowledge of R, Python, SQL, MS Excel
Knowledge of BI Tools – Power BI, Tableau, Qlik View

divest its Healthcare Services business to funds affiliated with Baring Private Equity Asia
(BPEA), one of the largest private alternative investment firms in Asia.
