Performance guarantee shall be refunded to the quotationer after the contract period is satisfactorily over. The competent authority on behalf of the President of India does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any other Quotation and reserves the right to itself the authority to reject any or the entire Quotations received without the assignment of any reason.
