1. Leady Reading Hospital-MTI , working as Quality Assurance Officer from Jan 2022 till
date, My Responsibilities are;

1. Developing departmental manuals with consolations of HODs.


2. Conducting internal audits / documentation audits in clinical & non-clinical departments.
3. Participate in all quality certification / accreditation (JCI, ISO 9001:2015 etc)
4. Formation and implementation of Quality & patient safety plan.
5. Quality audits (JCI Standard compliance, medical charts audit, open chart & close charts etc)
6. Develop and conduct “Patient Safety culture survey”
7. Preparing and maintaining clinical performance dashboard for leadership.
8. Attend and participate in committee meetings (i.e member of QCC meeting)
