 BAHAN PEMBELAJARAN PRASEKOLAH NEGERI PERAK 2020

PENGENALAN

Penghasilan bahan-bahan pembelajaran memainkan peranan penting dalam memastikan pembelajaran

murid-murid berkesan dan berterusan. Perintah Kawalan Pergerakan (PKP) yang telah bermula pada 18
Mac 2020 hingga 12 Mei 2020 dan disambung dengan Perintah Kawalan Pergerakan Bersyarat (PKPB)
sehingga 9 Jun 2020 menuntut setiap guru untuk lebih kreatif dalam menyampaikan pembelajaran
kepada murid-murid. Dalam tempoh PKP dan PKPB ini, bahan-bahan pembelajaran secara dalam talian
mula mendapat perhatian dan digunakan secara menyeluruh dalam kalangan pendidik untuk
menyampaikan pembelajaran. Walaupun terdapat kekangan dalam penggunaan gajet dan talian Internet
dalam kalangan murid itu sendiri, pembelajaran perlu diteruskan di rumah.

Bagi murid-murid prasekolah, kaedah pembelajaran secara amali dan praktikal amat penting kepada
pembelajaran kendiri murid-murid prasekolah terutama melatih kemahiran motor halus, koordinasi mata
dan tangan, perkembangan daya kreativiti, fokus kognitif dan perkembangan psikososial. Kekangan
semasa tempoh PKP dan PKPB ini juga telah menyukarkan guru-guru prasekolah untuk menghasilkan
bahan-bahan yang bersesuaian dan menepati gaya pembelajaran murid-murid prasekolah. Penggunaan
aplikasi dalam talian seperti Google Form, video pembelajaran dan Quizziz menjadi pilihan utama guru-
guru prasekolah untuk menyampaikan pembelajaran kepada anak-anak murid mereka. Walau
bagaimanapun, aktiviti berbentuk praktikal tidak boleh diabaikan untuk menjamin kemenjadian murid
prasekolah tidak terus diabaikan sepanjang tempoh PKP dan PKPB.

Oleh itu, Jabatan Pendidikan Negeri (JPN) Perak telah mengambil inisiatif melalui penubuhan kumpulan
Think Tank Prasekolah JPN Perak untuk menghasilkan bahan pembelajaran prasekolah secara amali dan
secara dalam talian yang selaras digunakan oleh guru-guru prasekolah seluruh negeri Perak.

PEMBINAAN BAHAN PEMBELAJARAN PRASEKOLAH

Bahan-bahan pembelajaran prasekolah yang akan dibina adalah berasaskan kepada objektif berikut:

1.1. Memastikan murid-murid prasekolah dapat menguasai tahap minimum dalam kemahiran
membaca, menulis dan mengira ketika melangkah ke Tahun 1.
1.2. Menyediakan bahan-bahan pembelajaran yang berfokus kepada pentaksiran dalam
Instrumen Pentaksiran Prasekolah Kebangsaan (IPPK).
1.3. Tiada murid keciciran dalam pembelajaran semasa tempoh PKP dan PKPB.
1.4. Memupuk semangat ingin belajar dalam kalangan murid prasekolah melalui bahan-bahan
pembelajaran yang kreatif, menarik dan pelbagai.
1.5. Mengukuhkan dan meningkatkan kemahiran sedia ada murid-murid prasekolah.

Berdasarkan objektif-objektif tersebut, pasukan gerak kerja Think Tank Prasekolah JPN Perak telah
sepakat untuk memberi fokus kepada penghasilan bahan pembelajaran bagi komponen Bahasa Melayu,
Bahasa Inggeris dan Matematik Awal terlebih dahulu.

Bahan-bahan pembelajaran prasekolah yang dihasilkan adalah berasaskan kepada Standard Prestasi
dalam Kurikulum Standard Prasekolah Kebangsaan (KSPK) Semakan 2017 dan Konstruk Kemahiran dalam
IPPK.

Tujuan pembinaan bahan pembelajaran menggunakan rujukan Standard Prestasi dan Pentaksiran
Konstruk IPPK adalah untuk memastikan murid-murid diberi latihan pengukuhan dan pengayaan yang
boleh ditaksir dalam IPPK dan bahan-bahan tersebut boleh dijadikan bukti dalam pentasiran prasekolah.

Setiap guru prasekolah dalam daerah Negeri Perak telah ditugaskan membina bahan pembelajaran
prasekolah. Pelaksanaan tugas adalah mengikut pembahagian konstruk pentaksiran yang berbeza-beza.
Guru-guru prasekolah bagi setiap daerah telah bekerjasama untuk menghasilkan bahan-bahan
pembelajaran yang sesuai, kreatif, menarik dan mengikut aras Tahap Penguasaan (TP) murid. Jurulatih
Utama setiap daerah yang dilantik adalah sebagai pemimpin pasukan pelaksana bagi guru-guru prasekolah
setiap daerah. Jurulatih Utama setiap daerah bertanggungjawab memastikan bahan pembelajaran yang
dihasilkan berkualiti dan mengikut kehendak KSPK dan pentaksiran IPPK.

JENIS-JENIS BAHAN PEMBELAJARAN PRASEKOLAH NEGERI PERAK

Bahan-bahan pembelajaran yang dihasilkan merangkumi bahan bercetak, video pembelajaran dan bahan
pembelajaran secara dalam talian.

1.6. Bahan Bercetak

Setiap bahan yang dihasilkan boleh dicetak bagi memudahkan murid-murid prasekolah
membuat latihan pengayaan atau pengukuhan secara amali. Bahan bercetak tersebut
mengandungi variasi soalan pengukuhan mengikut aras TP dalam Standard Prestasi KSPK.
Setiap soalan yang dibina adalah berpandukan Standard Kandungan (SK) dan Standard
Pembelajaran (SP) yang ditaksir dalam IPPK sahaja.

1.7. Video Pembelajaran

Video pembelajaran yang telah dihasilkan boleh dijadikan sebagai sumber pembelajaran
tambahan murid-murid prasekolah dalam satu-satu kemahiran yang ingin dikuasai. Pautan
Video pembelajaran boleh diakses menggunakan Kod QR yang boleh didapati di dalam bahan
pembelajaran bercetak. Guru dan Ibu bapa boleh memainkan video pembelajaran tersebut
sebelum murid-murid prasekolah membuat latihan dalam bahan pembelajaran bercetak.

1.8. Lembaran Kerja Pembelajaran Dalam Talian

Bahan Pembelajaran Prasekolah Negeri Perak juga menyediakan bahan pembelajaran dalam
talian sebagai latihan tambahan kepada murid-murid prasekolah. Pautan bahan
pembelajaran dalam talian boleh diakses menggunakan Kod QR yang boleh didapati di dalam
bahan pembelajaran bercetak.
