1.   We need to take a short Test Drive, I hope your car is in working condition for a
short Test Drive? 

2.   Is it a commercial or private vehicle?

3.   Is there any loan on the car?(If yes, Is the loan top-up loan or car loan? if car loan,
inform the Foreclosure form required at the time of deal and take customer’s
confirmation on Foreclosure Form)

4.  Which state the car is registered from? ( In case car inspection and registration
state are different, need to further confirm whether the customer has got any
Interstate Transfer NOC issued?)

5.  Car RC's Validity to check Scrap case or not? (To check for all the cities; however,
for DL NCR Registered car in DL NCR City, It has to be confirmed based on DL
NCR Rules)

6. Whose name is the RC registered?( If the Call Recipient is the RC owner, confirm
whether the person will be able to sign the documents at the time of deal?/ If the
Call Recipient is not the RC owner,  need to ask whether RC owner will sign the
documents at the time of deal and confirm whose account will be credited for the
payment to share 3rd party documentation info)

(After taking the responses from the customer) state:

Store Inspection – Look for the nearest store(use Veyron sheet) to book
the appointment after asking customer’s preferred date
