Dear Hiring Manager,

I am a senior at Mukwonago High School, set to graduate in June 2022, with a High School
diploma. I am writing to you because I am in search of a crew member job where I can get along
with everyone and enjoy coming into work everyday. I am interested in being a crew member
because I want to communicate with customers and have the chance to make their day. I also
have gone to the Mukwonago Culver’s for many years now, and the staff members are always
kind and have positive attitudes and it has always made me want to be a part of a team like
yours.

I believe that I would make a great candidate for this position for plenty of reasons. I know that
being a crew member at Culver’s requires being polite, respectful and bringing new ideas to the
table. While working at my previous job at Genoa Pizza, I always made sure I was polite to all
the customers over the phone and in person so they had a good experience and would continue
to be a customer. Having this trait at your company will allow me to fit in well with the employees
and give customers a good experience. Next, I am respectful to customers and co-workers.
When a customer would be complaining I would put myself in their shoes and listen to what they
have to say. I would also make sure to respect my co-workers' boundaries. Being a crew
member at the Mukwonago Culver’s,I would continue to respect all customers and co-workers,
no matter who they are. Another trait of mine is that I have the ability to bring new ideas to the
company. At my previous job I would give my boss ideas on how to change up the menu as well
as the work environment. At this job, I would continue to bring positive ideas to the table and
ones that would bring more customers to your restaurant.

I am very excited for the opportunity to potentially become a crew member at Culver’s and show
off my skills of being respectful, polite, and an idea creator. I feel that with all of those skills I will
be a great addition to your company. I look forward to hearing back from you and discussing
