are usually extending your body parts such as stretching, bending and twisting. It is quite difficult to
perform particularly for elderly people.
The locomotor motion does not remain in one position, hence it moves towards different positions. The
movement is not narrow as all parts of the body moves. The feet are often used in switching position.
The movements which are usually being utilized is foot movement such as walking, running, sliding etc.
It's not difficult to perform and anybody can do it.
Object control requires you to have strength in order to control an object. It is usually performed in ball
games. These exert more energy and force in order to perform this accurately. The usual motion here
can be throwing or catching. It could be vigorous activities which are not suitable for elders and children.
