 Optimizing the Lubrication consumption by arresting the leakages and remodeling the schedule of
lubrication according the running hours of the equipments.

Analyzing the Availability and Reliability of the equipment by Previous Running Hours , Repairing Time ,
Numbers of Failure , Frequency of Failure , MTBF & MTTR.

Budget Preparation - Manpower Cost , Spare Cost (Insurance & General) , Modification Cost , Running Consumable items ,
Steel Cost , Structure Painting Cost and Stationary Cost.
