MAIL TRACKING SYSTEM

ABSTRACT

The project entitled “MAIL TRACKING SYSTEM” is developed using PHP as

front end and MySQL as back end. The main objective of this project is to perform
the tracking emails through online and conduct online quiz. In the existing process
the quiz is carried out between the students through paper work. And the
corrections are done manually. The test is performed some time and corrections are
done some other time. Once the students complete their test they cannot able to
view their marks.

Here we propose a technique for performing the entire task simultaneously

through online. Admin, Staff and Student are the users in this system. Each can
compose and receive emails. Admin can view the reports of emails like IP address,
Time and browser. There are list of categories will be displayed the students who
want to take the test in different sector can do the registration and login to take test.
There will be set of questions displayed with multiple choices so the students can
take test and select the best answer. Once the test is completed the results will be
displayed at the same time. It is a quick process and reduces the manual work of
various persons. The administrator has the rights to add or delete question based
on the categories. The relevant answers for the each question is added and stored in
the database for displaying the results.
