Details of UIIC (Insurer) is available on the confirm enrolment page
• Premium to be paid is available on the confirm enrolment page
• Once you pay the premium you must update the UTR (Unique Transaction Record) on the
‘UTR Upload’ page, refer slide 19
• To edit your choices you may click on the edit button against the cover
• The system will not accept your choice unless you CONFIRM ENROLMENT
• Once you confirm enrolment, you will see this screen with the summary of your choices and the
premium amount
• Once you click on ‘Show My PolicyWallet” you will be redirected to the policy
benefit page, where you can download e-cards, make claims, make GPA

• During the Open-window period, you will be able to make edits to the choices
• You will get an email communication on the window period for enrolment
• You can print your ID cards here, by clicking on the ID card icon next to the member name
• This page gives you a view of the policy benefit details, both base and top-up policies
• It covers limits, special benefits, key exclusions and `non-medical expenses
• Clicking on the Health icon will take you to the health policy wallet
• The edit option allows you to make changes to your health coverage (dependant
addition/deletion and top-up cover) during the open window

Mid-term Inclusion
• Mid-term changes (spouse by marriage & babies by birth & adoption) may be added through
this page
• Adobe sends gifts for babies, kindly mention your contact address and phone number here so
that the information to send the baby gift may be passed on to appropriate team in Adobe
• Click on “Submit Claims” tab against the name of the member, in the below example the claim
is being made for the employee
• Once submit the claim you can you track the same by clicking on ‘Track Status’. The claim
status will also be shared via SMS and email

UTR Update – Top UP premium
• On this page you must enter the UTR (Unique Transaction Record) details of the top-up
premium payment made by you to the Insurer (UIIC)
• Unless this information is shared, the Top-up cover can not be activated
• As soon as the Insurer issues endorsement against the Top-up policy bought by you, the
Insurer will be releasing the 80D certificates
• These certificates will be added under the ‘80D Certificate Download’ tab
• This may take up to 45-60 days from the start of the policy
• Please ensure to provide your Bank Account Details, when you make a claim, the
reimbursement amount will be transferred into this account directly by the Insurer
• It is mandatory to attach a copy of the cancelled cheque along with the bank account details
• You can search for network hospitals under the ‘Hospital Network’ tab
• GIPSA hospitals are tagged, GIPSA PPN is a special network of hospitals where the
Insurance company has negotiated better rates for various procedures
