Tools Required
 3/8" Drive 6mm socket
 3/8" Drive Ratchet
 T-30 Torx Bit
 E-10 Bit

Remove corner bolts first, loosen middle
bolts and let the pan sit on these bolts

5. Gently Press on the Valve Body Harness Connection as shown below
while slowly removing Valve Body. IF CARE IS NOT TAKEN IN THIS STEP
THE VALVE BODY MAY BE DAMAGED AND MAY NEED TO BE REPLACED

6. Properly Package Valve Body to prevent damage from shipment


7. Ship Valve Body to Weistec Engineering for modification

II. Valve Body Installation

1. Lubricate O-Rings on Valve Body Harness Connection

2. Gently press Valve Body into place


3. Make sure Shift Linkage Pin is properly inserted into Plastic Linkage

4. Bolt in valve body using a T30 bit, torque to 7nm

5. Press on New Transmission Oil Filter


6. Affix New Transmission Pan Gasket
7. Bolt on Transmission Pan using an E10 bit
8. Fill transmission with new fluid using proper Mercedes procedure. Expect to
use 5 to 6 liters of fluid.
