ABSTRACT

The manpower data management system project enables the user to

streamline and process the entire recruitment effort of an organization. Realizing
the pivotal role of Recruitment process plays within an organization, this project is
designed to maintain Resume Databank, process and suggest suitable candidates
fitting the recruitment requirement. This project is entitled “VIRTUAL JOB
SERVICE PORTAL” is designed using PHP as front end and My SQL as Back
end.

A online consultancy maintenance system project is specially designed as

per the needs and requirements of Placement Consultancies and Job Providers,
includes details of the applicants, Client companies / Organizations, Job Openings,
Interview details etc.

This project is aimed at developing an online consultancy Portal for the

Placement Details for job seekers. The system is an online application that can be
accessed throughout the organization and outside as well with proper login
provided. This system can be used as an Online Job Portal for job seekers. Job
Seekers logging should be able to upload their information in the form of a CV.
Visitors/Company representatives logging in may also access/search any
information put up by Job aspirants
