Every Fujikura golf shaft is delicately designed through the use of our proprietary enso® 3-D motion capture
fitting system—the first club fitting system that measures information both before and after the ball is hit. With
3-D motion capture, the club and shaft are dynamically measured and recorded throughout the entire swing.
These scientific swing analysis variables are then integrated with data from the most advanced ball flight monitors
available to produce products that are literally the “world’s best performance golf shafts.” While every other shaft
company is developing through trial and error, Fujikura is using science, engineering, and technology to create the

THE NEXT DIMENSION OF
PERFORMANCE
enso has been an integral part of our design process
for over seven years, providing us an unparalleled view
of the relationship between the golfer and golf club.
enso uses ten high-speed motion capture cameras
(capturing at +1,000 frames per second) with at least
three cameras tracking each of the sensors (the same
sensors that are used in CGI animation for box office
films) located on the shaft and clubhead throughout the
entire golf swing. Used to test and analyze prototypes,
enso ensures the specific performance characteristics
are being achieved.

But now, we’ve taken enso to the next level. In addition to

testing and validation, we are now using enso to predict
performance through Fujikura designed, proprietary
artificial intelligence generated from thousands of golf
swings. This ongoing collection of testing has exposed
key levers of shaft design that now guide us in creating
highly-specific shaft profiles. Our engineers have
broken the code to never-before-seen performance and
it’s coming soon in 2021…
