SUBJECT : SUPPLEMENTARY REPORT ON THE PUBLIC LAND

APPLICATION OF ALDOUS REX A. ALINGOG OVER LOT
NO. 2-B, CSD-AF-02-004546-D SITUATED AT SANTOS,
QUEZON, ISABELA.

Respectfully returning herewith the above-noted subject referred to the undersigned with the
following report of findings and recommendations, to wit:

That the above subject lot is inside alienable and disposable area under L.C. Map No. 707,
duly certified on January 25, 1928;

Verification covering the subject lot showed that the subject lot is not covered by any Public
Land Application and yet no patent has been issued.

That the land has not reserved for public or quasi-public purposes and the lot subject for
issuance of Residential Free Patent is free of claims and conflicts and not covered by any
tenurial instrument or within a protected area.

Ascertained during the conduct of ocular inspection/investigation that the applicant is now
the owner of the subject lot and in actual possession and occupation of the lot. However,
there is no improvement or building erected over the area but the owner has the intention to
reside in the subject lot. The owner acquired the lot by virtue of Deed of Absolute Sale
executed between the applicant as vendee and Hipolito Macarilay as vendor. That the
document was duly notarized by Notary Public Atty. Rodrigo A. Rigos, docketed as Doc. No.
518; Page No. 105; Book No. 139; Series of 2020.

Documents also revealed that the previous owner was HIPOLITO MACARILAY as seen in
the memoranda of the Tax Declaration of Aldous Rex Alingog.
