Responsible for providing technical service and support to three department BSS&OSS&RF
customer teams and troubleshooting and resolve problems to stabilize and optimize
customer networks.
Responsible for providing the care for all systems BSC, BTS, TCSM, HW/SW.
Day-to-day interaction with Sabafon team to solve technical issues in the network.
Management of technical testing for customers, scheduling, authorization, and reporting in
collaboration with the customer.
L1 support to the customer (SabaFon Company in Yemen) over RESOLVE, following up on
escalated cases (TCP/TA) and providing solutions within SLA, troubleshooting cases,
implementing workaround provided by L2/L3.
Generating network Health reports on a weekly, biweekly and monthly basis.
Technical Support to customer team in cases of Minor, Major, Critical.
 Escalation, Maintenance, and clearance of any Major, Minor and Critical Alarms in the
System.
Full-on Coordination and rectification of issues in coordination with high support in Nokia.
BSC alarm analysis, troubleshooting and preventing fault propagation, and ensuring network
availability.
Troubleshooting and Provide Solutions for HW/SW-related issues about Flexi BSC & mcBSC.

Responsible for providing technical support to three department BSS&OSS&RF customer

teams and troubleshooting and resolving problems to stabilize and optimize customer
networks (2.5G GSM).
Responsible for providing the care for all systems: BSC, mcBSC, BTS, TCSM, HW/SW.
Management of technical testing for customers, scheduling, authorization, and reporting in
collaboration with the customer.
Coordinate with Vendor/Operator for fault identification and rectification, Problem Synthesis,
and Reporting.
Prepare and check with Vendor/Operator for any new plan.
Providing full support & suggestions, to customer to immigrate their network from 2.5 GSM
to 4G LTE_A Pro.
Answer all customer’s queries about immigration to 4G LTE.
Work with our third-party company to prepare the technical proposal for customer network.
Share with customer the required documents & libraries about 4G & 5G.
