I'm a dedicated professional employee having seven years
experiences in telecom as RAN technical support
responsible to provide the whole care for customer’s RAN
Radio Access network. including but not limited to:
integration, Configuration, re-homing, upgrading,
troubleshooting, Providing Solutions for any HW/SW
problem to stabilize and optimize customer networks.

Objective
Looking for an opportunity to develop my career as a Telecom technical support engineer in a creative and

• Experience work as Telecom Implementation Engineer with (MAN)
subcontractor Company from, March 12/03/2014 till Aug 8/8/2014.
❖ Duties:
Installations & Testing and Alignment Microwave Transmission of point to point radio links,
Installations & testing Commissioning of the SDH Microwave Links IDU/ODU’s Huawei via
U2000,
Installation HW. BTSs, RTN MW link, OSN, BSC, Power rectifier.
Removing the old equipment smoothly.

• More than 4 years experience at ERSAL FZCO VAR NOKIA NETWORKs as a Radio
Access network Support Engineer. From 20 Aug 2014 till 8 June 2019 I've worked to
provide full tecknical support for a customer in Yemen Sabafon company on behave
of ERSAL FZCO VAR NOKIA NETWORKs.
❖ Duties:
Responsible for providing technical service and support to three department BSS&OSS&RF
customer teams and troubleshooting and resolve problems to stabilize and optimize
customer networks.
Responsible for providing the care for all systems BSC, BTS, TCSM, HW/SW.
Day-to-day interaction with Sabafon team to solve technical issues in the network.
Management of technical testing for customers, scheduling, authorization, and reporting in
collaboration with the customer.
L1 support to the customer (SabaFon Company in Yemen) over RESOLVE, following up on
escalated cases (TCP/TA) and providing solutions within SLA, troubleshooting cases,
implementing workaround provided by L2/L3.
Generating network Health reports on a weekly, biweekly and monthly basis.
Technical Support to customer team in cases of Minor, Major, Critical.
Escalation, Maintenance, and clearance of any Major, Minor and Critical Alarms in the
System.
Full-on Coordination and rectification of issues in coordination with high support in Nokia.
BSC alarm analysis, troubleshooting and preventing fault propagation, and ensuring network
availability.
Troubleshooting and Provide Solutions for HW/SW-related issues about Flexi BSC & mcBSC.
Coordinate with customer team to work properly.
Provide support to field Engineers in different activities and fault restoration.
Coordinate with the circle team the planned activities and implementing them successfully.
Responsible to do HW/SW upgrade for Flexi-BSC, Flexi EDGE BTS 2G, FMR BTS 3G & FML 10
BTS 4G.
Troubleshooting the problems that may appear after did BSC&BTS Upgrade and solving them.
• I'm working with Vibrafone Company as a Radio Access network Consultant 2G,3G,4G
from 1 Dec 2020 till now, I'm working to support customer in Yemen Sabafon
company on behave of Vibrafone company for Nokia Network.
❖ Duties:
Fault Management & configuration management for GSM network (CS &PS)
Generating network health reports on a weekly, biweekly, and monthly basis.
Installing all requested licenses to BSC, mcBSC via the FTT program.
Collecting logs from the Flexi BSC, mcBSC/TRAU/BTSs via the BMT, BSCLOGCOL tools, or by
MML command…..etc.
Analysis of collected logs and find the root cause of the problem
Coordinating with the customer team for all faults and keep alarm count & outage as per SLA.
Creating and managing Flexi BSC, mcBSC and BTSs HW, unit's diagnostics, Switchover,
creation & deletion database, health Checkup, active alarm rectification.
Interface signaling (MTLs, ABIS, NSEI, NSVCI, NSVLI, STCP,SS7 ) creation, deletion, and fault
finding &troubleshooting.
Uploading files to BSC using FTP and Software & CD up-gradation.
Integration of Flexi BSC and Configuration of different units of Flexi BSC i.e. OMU, BCSU,
LANU, CLS, MCMU ..etc.
Configuration of GB over IP (PCU pooling), GPRS, EDGE in GSM Network.
Preparing all the required scripts and implement it on the BSC to apply the ATERLESS feature
in MGW.
Upgrading of Flexi BSC & BTSs SW/HW from RG10 into RG20,30,40 and GSM16.
Service terminal and MML level working knowledge on NSN BSC3i/TCSM2, S15, and Flexi
BSC/TCSM3i,
Use Nokia tools and program such as BTS manger, web element manger, hit, Tang Program,
RF tool.
CRF implementation and BSC/BTS parameter modification as per RF request.
Generation report and Technical Support to circle team to solve problems.
Configuration of GB over frame relay to enable GPRS, EDGE in GSM Network.
Preparing the GP over IP configuration plan.
Performing all the required configuration in LAN unit to immigrate BSC from GP over FR into
GP over IP.
Good theory knowledge of communication generations for both European and American
systems.
Knowledge of Telecom Industry and Venders and
Good understanding and knowledge of TDM, E1, T1, STM, fiber cable.
Hands-on technical troubleshooting capabilities.
Basic knowledge of HF/VHF communication.
Good knowledge in LTE (4G) radio planning (Frequency & Capacity) and optimization.
Wide knowledge about ATM, SONET, DWDM, CWDM basic Technology.
Good knowledge of Telecommunications networks & their protocols. (GSM, CDMA, WCDMA,
UMTS, LTE, LTE-A, LTE_A pro and IMS/LTE / 5G)
Ability to understand network interface protocols, protocol analyzers, and network.

Solid knowledge of about TCP/IP IPv4&IPv6 and other routing & switching protocols (VLAN,
STP, VRRP, RIP, OSPF…. etc.)
Knowledge about MPLS architecture.
