SASE(Secure Access Service Edge)

Download and Install the GlobalProtect App

▪ Download installation file

1. Launch a web browser and go to the following URL: https://lgcnsvpn.lgcns.com

2. On the Microsoft login page, enter your company email address.(ex. OOO@lgcns.com)
 Follow the authentication page and enter your username/password (OfficePlus account).

 Additional authentication is required via SMS, e-mail, etc.

3. Click the [GlobalProtect Agent] menu at the top of the page that appears after successful login to move to the installation file download page.

4. Download the installation file to install the GlobalProtect App.

Check SASE User Access

▪ If you do not have SASE user access, you will see a message like the screen below.
 Please contact the administrator.
Configuration For Connection

▪ SASE configuration for connection ※ Note: Please disconnect the existing SSL VPN connection before connecting.

1. After installing GlobalProtect, check the globe-shaped tray icon at the bottom of the desktop.

2. Enter the address below in the GlobalProtect access address field.


 lgcnsvpn.lgcns.com

3. If you click the Connect button, an attempt is made to connect, and the Microsoft login page appears.

4. On the Microsoft login page, enter your company email address. (ex. OOO@lgcns.com)
 Follow the authentication page and enter your username/password (OfficePlus account).

 Additional authentication is required via SMS, e-mail, etc.

5. If the connection is successful, you are connected to SASE and can access your business network.
Preferences

▪ Configuration for SASE gateway


⚫ You can select a nearby access point through the Gateway selection in the GlobalProtect window.
 By default, the nearest location is selected.(There are 5 access points : South Korea, Indonesia, US Northeast, Colombia, Greece)

⚫ Preferred Gateway in the GlobalProtect menu allows you to select your preferred access point.

▪ Logout & reset access address


⚫ You can check the currently logged in account and access address through Settings in the GlobalProtect menu.

⚫ You can cancel your account by clicking the Sign Out button.

⚫ You can edit and delete by selecting the access address (Portal).

[ Choose a gateway ] [ Preferred Gateway ] [Logout & reset access address ]

▪ Required software must be installed when access to in-house systems such as OfficePlus is
required.

 Waterwall - Can be replaced with other security tools
 Ransomware Blocker(RF) - For global local PC [ Tray icons when installing security tools ]
⚫ You can download the installation file on http://pccheck.lgcns.com/pccheck_sw.jsp

If the required software is installed

• In-house systems such as OfficePlus can be accessed. Windows

• There are no restrictions on the use of Microsoft 365 (mail, etc.) services.
