Job Description
 Candidate must have civil engineering qualification.
 Min. 2 Years’ experience in design of Building and foundation.
 Candidate should be conversant with Indian design standards.

 Working with STAAD Pro. and AutoCAD software’s is essential.
Responsibilities
 Candidate is required to design the RCC building as per client specifications.
 Candidate should be capable of checking design safety of building for
Earthquake and wind loads

2. Design Engineer – Bridges
Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
 Good Knowledge in detailed design of concrete / prestressed / steel
composite bridges using Lusas/Sofistik with Eurocodes
 Carrying out the design and review the work of CAD technicians in the team
and maintaining quality of deliverables,
 Overseeing and troubleshooting the work of bridge design, guide CAD
technician in carrying out the design and preparation of the drawings.
 coordination with the design team for project planning/preparation of
schedule/WBS and delivering projects to time and budget,
 should take initiatives to develop design ability of the Assistant Engineers /
Design engineers and improve the quality of delivery of the team as whole,

 BE/B. Tech degree in Civil Engineering from an institute of repute. ME/ M.
Tech in Structures would be desirable,
 Should have 4 - 8 years of experience in Bridge design. Knowledge of design
codes like Euro code/DMRB/AASHTO/any other international standards

 knowledge of understanding of the analysis and design principles of bridge
design,

3. Engineer – Structures

1. Associate Group Engineer (Geotechnical)
How will you contribute to the team?
To perform this role successfully, the candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the
following:

 The successful applicant will be a senior geotechnical engineer with


a proven technical and project management track record.
 Preparing geotechnical calculations, specifications (e.g. GI, etc.),
reports (e.g. Desk Studies, GIR, GDR etc.) and drawings in line with
project and legislation requirements.
 Managing selected small projects or components of large projects,
taking accountability for their work, and ensuring effective
communication of any changes/modifications.
 Leading their own technical and professional development.
What will you contribute?

 A strong academic background with degree in Civil engineering and


Master’s Degree or PhD in a relevant subject.
 Work experience in deep excavation, underground metro and
basement construction projects involving Diaphragm wall, Secant

9. Designer R-064597
How will you contribute to the team?
To perform this role successfully, the candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the
following:

 Produce intelligent 3D models and extract information directly from


the model to form 2D drawings, schedules, setting out, quantities
and other deliverables.
 Manage the Highways structures discipline 3D models, review
model quality and technical content including clash detection and
compliance with the BEP.
 Provide commercial input by pricing up BIM tasks for bids and
projects as required.
 Work with the Information Manager and project teams to assist in
the development and implementation of BIM strategies, BIM
Execution Plans, workflows and processes on projects in accordance
with Atkins Corporate Standards, Client requirements and industry
best practice.
 Actively contribute to project design development by contributing to
internal coordination, clash detection and design review sessions as
well as external presentations to clients.
 Manage the Structures Team Common Data Environment (CDE) of
the project, and the distribution of coordinated digital documents to
the project teams.
 Undertake 4D BIM Project timeline modelling.
 Provide quality control for compliance to company/project standards

What will you contribute? 

 Must be from a Civil/Structural Engineering background with


preferable Highway’s domain experience.
 Experience of Bridge Detailing, reinforcement detailing, structural
steel detailing and schedules.
 Must be an advanced user or expert user in Autodesk Revit, with a
minimum of 2 to 3 years’ core Revit experience.
 Revit experience must include detailed understanding and ability to
setup project templates, co-ordinates, linking CAD plan, setting out,
exporting from Revit and extracting deliverables – drawings,
quantities, schedules.
 Revit ability must also include creation, manipulation and
modification of Revit families with parametric capability and setting
up of bespoke parameter and value fields. Dynamo scripting ability
is also essential.
 Must be an advanced user or expert user in Autodesk Navisworks
