Here we will translate three parts of the text.

In first one is about smoking, why is smoking harmful, how much people like smoking,
how much people die for that, is smoke bad, and some more details..

In the second about aronia, fruits with power, how healthy is that, for what aronia cen help
and how to identify aronia..

In the third part about foods for healthy body, top ten healthy food..

2. WHY IS SMOKING HARMFUL

All of us know that smoke tobacco cigarettes and tobacco generally is harmful. But the
question is why is it harmful? Most people will reply simple, "because of the nicotine". But
this is not true.
Nicotine creates a feeling of comfort, serenity and addiction. However nicotine itself in
small amounts is not harmful to the body and body neutralize him in small amount. In small
amount nicotine is a stimulant for the brain. Only in high doses, which can’t find in cigarette
nicotine becomes toxic.

The truth about the dangers of smoking tobacco lies in about 4,000 other ingredients that the
combustion of tobacco. Tobacco smoke therefore contains 4,000 ingredients of which about
400 toxic and 43 carcinogenic. Carcinogens are: catran, carbon monoxide, arsenic, acetone,
ammonia, benzene, cadmium, hydrazine, nickel, phenol, polonium and other.

Inhaling tobacco smoke in the lungs are accumulating all these ingredients, just as they enter
the bloodstream through the bloodstream and spread throughout the body. The human body
has an immune system that fight off any intruder, and thus against the constituents of

tobacco smoke. Cell immunity constantly clean the lungs and the whole body of these
ingredients.
But the problem is that in this way exhausts the immune system, immune cells are
constantly consume. Over time, the immune system is weaker, and the body becomes more
vulnerable to various diseases. In the extreme case, the immune system is no more strength
to fight against harmful substances and can be formed tumors and death.

About 5.4 million people worldwide each year die from smoking!

3. ARONIA

Aronia (Chokeberry) - "superhero" among berries

What is Asai berry in the Amazon, Zova in Austria, Macula in Patagonia, Sea Buckthorn in
Asia, it is Chokeberry in North America.

Usually inhabits forests and wetlands, and since the forties chokeberry is commercially
cultivated in Russia, and since the fifties and in Europe.

The Aronia also contains caffeic acid, cyanidin 3 galaktosid, delphinidin, epicatechin,
maldivin and many other useful ingredients. Recently it was discovered that all of these
ingredients give Aronia antibacterial, antiviral and anti-diabetic effects. Also, they are
fighting against the formation of arterial plaque, help about cholesterol and protect the liver
from toxins.

Several natural ingredients Aronia fighters against cancer, in particular protection against
the development of tumors of the bladder, breast, colon, lung, ovary and skin.

In addition, these ingredients are good for patients suffering from Crohn's disease, reduce
discomfort during premenstrual syndrome, and preliminary studies have shown that
chokeberry may be useful in the fight against glioblastoma - a fatal form of brain cancer.
