MEETING ON ELECTION COMMITTEE AND FPTA ELECTION

The school advisers and teachers attended the meeting presided by the school
principal, Ma’am Belinda M. Baldedara to discusss about the recently held PTA Forum:
DO 13, S. 2022 Titled “Omnibus Guidelines on the Regulation of Operations of Parent-
Teacher Asssociation” last April 22, 2022.

Ma’am Baldedara started off the meeting by sharing a bits of the aforementioned
PTA Forum. To further understand the recently held online PTA forum, Ma’am Leah S.
Derone, Teacher – III, rendered a brief and concise explanation. She underscored the
importance of conducting various PTA programs and activities. Among the suggested
activites are Brigada Eskwela, Feeding Program, Operation Sundo, and Barkada Kontra
Droga.

The meeting then shifted to the assigning of PTA election committee for the school
year 2022 – 2023. The class advisers from each grade level discussed and chose one
parent to represent their grade level. After a couple of minutes of discussion and selection,
the election comiitte was finally set. Below is the list of the officers.

The meeting continued concentrating on the schedule of the Federated PTA

Election. The teachers unanimously decided to hold the election on April 27, 2022 at
8:30 AM.

Mam’am Baldedara concluded the meeting by instructing the class advisers to

cascade the information about FPTA Election to their respective PTA Officers.
