REPORT ON IDEA TO CLOSE THE CANTEEN AND USE THE SPACE FOR A STUDENT

RECREATION ROOM.
Introduction.
The aim of this report is to consider the pros and cons of closing the canteen and using the space for a
student recreation room with a TV and a pool table.
Advantages
There are some strong arguments in favour of closing the canteen. A high percentage of the students think
that the canteen is:

 Underused, because a number of students go to the café opposite the school.

 Without a lack of choice of good dishes.
 The students need a place to relax after lessons.
Disadvantages:
On the other hand, there’re drawbacks to the idea of closing the canteen:

 The price of food is very cheap.

 The canteen is very popular
Conclusion:
I believe that it would be better to leave/ keep the canteen. However, I recommend improving the quality
of the food. The recreation room could be created in the abandoned spare room number 10. It’s important
to consider that the idea of the pool inside the recreation room could be not popular among girls and also
the idea of TV has to be be reconsidered, because it’s possible to watch TV in the café opposite the
school. We could offer the use of computers in the recreation room.

I’m glad to hear that you are coming to visit me. As for getting from the airport to our house, the easiest is
taking a grab and tell the driver to take the Dien Bien Phu street.
As you know, my country is famous for having a lot of great destinations which are well-known by
numerous foreign tourist such as Ha Long Bay, Phu Quoc, Nha Trang…
If you visit my country, I feel excited to have a chance to be your tour guide and help you not only know
more about Viet Nam’ traditional culture, but also explore my country’s food. Since you haven’t visited
Viet Nam before, I suppose Da Lat which is the city of flower, the fresh air and the beautiful waterfall.
Beside that, I also invite you to visit my hometown, Da Nang, which is called beach city. The beach in
my hometown is absolutely clean, blue and the weather quite pleasant. Moreover, it’s a good chance to go
sightseeing, and eat seafood.
I would love to go with you; however, I’m not having much free time because I’ll be having final exams
at school. But also, I’d try to go with you on some excursions.
Luckily, there are some museums near my house, such as 3D museum art in paradise Danang or museum
of Sa Huynh and Champa culture. However, it’s far from my house.

I saw your ad in an Adrenalin Journey magazine recently and am writing to ask you a few questions about
this adventure. If you could respond to my queries in detail, that would be fantastic.
