CONSTITUTION

We, the FATERK Officers and Members, are imploring the aid of Almighty
God in order to establish an organization that shall embody our ideals and
aspirations, promote and maintain good leadership, cooperation, brotherhood
and unity among ourselves and abide willingly to its rules and regulations, do
ordain and promulgate this constitutions and by-laws.

ARTICLE I
NAME OF ORGANIZATION
Section I: The name of the organization shall be called FATERK-BATCH 2015.

ARTICLE II
NATURE AND GENERAL OBJECTIVES
Section I: The organization shall by nature non-partisan, non-religious and
non-secretarian group.

Section II: General Objectives:


a) To promote and maintain good rapport among all the members.
b) TO inculcate among the members towards social, physical, morale and
spiritual aspect of development.
c) To protect the right and privileges of all members.
d) To confer all activities to all members of the organization.

ARTICLE III
Section I: All graduates from Mountain Province General Comprehensive High
School (MPSPC) for the year 2015 shall be automatically be members of the
organization.
ARTICLE IV
RIGHTS AND DUTIES OF MEMBERS
Section I: Rights:
a) All members have the right to be informed for any project or any
activities of the organization and shall have the responsibility to
participate to such undertaking.
b) The right to vote and be voted.
c) To assert the right to fair treatment.
d) The right to voice out any problems that arises within the organization.
e) The right to avail of the benefits offered by the organization.

Section II: Duties:


a) The duty to comply with the provisions of the constitutions and by-laws
and other rules promulgated by the officers and agreed upon by the
members.
b) The duty to attend the meeting whether general or special.
c) The duty to defend the honour, prestige and integrity of the organization.
d) The duty to respect the other members of the organization.
e) The duty to participate and support all the undertaking of the
organization.

ARTICLE V
STRUCTURE OF THE GOVERNMENT
Section I: The governing body shall be composed of the organizational officers.

Section II: The officers shall be composed of President, vice-President,


Secretary, Treasurer, Messengers and Collectors. These officers shall prepare
and review the programs or activities of the organization before presentation.
ARTICLE VI
DUTIES OF OFFICERS
Section I: Common Duties of Officers:
a) Shall act as officer of the day.
b) To coordinate with other members in executive organizational
activities.

Section II: President:


a) Take active supervision and control over the interest and affairs of the
organization.
b) Shall preside over all the meetings of the organization.
c) To supervise, direct and control subordinate officers in the discharge of
the duties and authorities.
d) To lead the members in carrying out the activities and objectives of the
organization and enforce the provisions of this CBL and all the rules and
regulation and acted in the assembly.
