I’m frank from yichang humanwell pharmaceutical ltd, It’s my great honor to have the
opportunity of making this presentation ,I will briefly introduce humanwell to you,during next
few minutes,I will lead us to know humanwell from six parts
Including background ,certificates,products,markets,OEM/CMO and our strength
Firstly,I will introduce the background of our company,here are some key facts
Formerly known as hubei yiyao group,Humanwell was a large comprehensive enterprise firstly
founded in 1954.And have been nominated as national anesthetics & analgesics products
manufacturer in 1970
Today’s humanwell established in August 8th,2001,after all those years,humanwell now have
more than 6600 employees, including 1200+ technical staffs.
In nowdays,we have 30 production lines including lines which have passed FDA and EU standard
High qulity oral solid dosages exporting to the USA and UK.
With 60% market share in domestic narcotics market ， humanwell is No.1 Chinese enterprise
which have Full-series fentanyl FDF and API and other anesthetics & analgesics products;
Two products have more than 1 billion sales revenue.
Regarding to the sales revenue，we can learn from the sheet，Our sales revenue have increased
rapidly in the last decade. We’ve got a good perfomance of 948 million USD in 2021, which is
almost 6 times of that in 2011.
Then，let’s take a look at our three plants
Dongshan site,mainly produce narcotic API and finished dosages.
Huayan site which also known as oral solid dosage plant,based on FDA and EMA standard
designed,is the first plant which have passed audit from both FDA and MHRA in hubei province
Yuanan site,it has capacity for 5 billion pills of talblets and 1 billion pills of hard capsules per
year.It’s the place which our company producing basic pharmaceutical products
Besides the plants we have mentioned above,we are building our new headquarter and high-end
API factory in baiyang district
The total investment is more than 4 billion CNY,plan to complete our headquarter in 2025.
At that time it will provide us firm support to make humanwell become top pharmaceutical
company in the international market.

The second part is certificates.
As I mentioned before,huanyan site was designed based on the standard of EU and FDA
requirement
We possess a world-class advanced quality system, ensuring our products with premium quality.
we passed the FDA GMP inspection two times with zero defeats in 2016 and 2018.
In 2019, we’ve got UK MHRA GMP certified.
According to our plan, all FDF lines will pass the EU or USA GMP by 2025.
For EU market,Our Fentanyl Citrate API passed EU EDQM in 2016
Tramadol Hydrochloride pasesed UK MHRA in 2018
Acetaminophen Tablets passed UK MHRA in 2019
And Voriconazole Lyophilized poweder Injection expected passed UK MHRA in this year
Also we can learn from the sheet we have some products already passed other countries like
korea,columbia, malaysia and USA standard which means our products are highly acceptable over
the world

The third part is about our products.
We can provide 11 various dosage forms such as injection, lyophilized powder, emulsion, capsule,
transdermal patch, prefilled
Focusing on providing high-quality products and services in the field of analgesia and sedation,
we are proud of the five blockbusters above, of which each has got an annual sales revenue of
more than 100 million yuan, and the sales revenue of Remifentanil and Sufentanil each has
exceeded 1 billion RMB in 2021.
our core products is full series fentanyls as following,Fentanyl in 1971,Remifentanil in
2003,Sufentanil in 2005 and Alfentanil in 2020.
Here we also list some products with specific dosage form and strength which meet USP/BP
requirement
Like full series Fentanyl,Pethidine,Nalbuphine,some local anesthetics ropivacaine and
levobupivacaine, sedative product like remimazolam besylate,fospropofol disodium;
The fourth part is about our market strategy
We have a five in one market model,including entry permit department,medical
department,marketing department,commerce department and sales department.
Medical department decide where we use our products,commerce department focus on public
relationship and marketing department hold academic activities and Seminars.
Here we can catch a glimpse of the activities we held before
Every year, we host various great academic activities, which make us the best partner and
supporter of many domestic associations and academies.
In 2020, despite pandemic, we still organized different types of on/offline academic conferences
and academic activities more than 8000 times. Cooperated with 15 professional associations of
anesthesia, ICU, laparoscopy and other fields in China.
After those activities we held,we have strong relationship with our clients,now we have 31
branches in China,Products are used in nearly 20,000 hospitals,covered field including ICU,pain
treatment in pain clinics,Oncology and etc..
We start our oversea business from 2011,focus on Anesthetic,analgesic and Controlled extended-
release drugs, the main market including EU,central and south America ,CMO products
Atorvastatin have been supplied to UK for regular order
Speaking to the CMO products,that is today’s fifth part,CMO service.
For now,we provide CMO service to our American and UK partner.We have exported 0.97 billion
tablets and 68 million capsules to the USA in 2021
In the future,Lyophilized powder and small volume injection will pass EU GMP in the coming
years from 2022 to 2024.Expecting for more opportunities on CMO services cooperation
