RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE MANILA CITY ORDINANCE FOR BARANGAY 634 ZONE 64 DISTRICT VI
MANILA.

WHEREAS, The Barangay Council of Barangay 634 Zone 64 District VI Manila Adopted Various Manila City
Ordinances and will abide and implemented the following;

City Ordinances No. 5555- stated that the drinking alcohol or any kind in public places is prohibited and therefore
punishable.

City Ordinances No. 1600- state’s that it’s prohibited by the city law to unpresidently letting pets (dogs, cats, etc.)
roam the Streets.

City Ordinances No. 1054- states that it’s prohibited for any constituents to use any public places such as sidewalks
and electric posts as urinary cubicle.

City Ordinance No. 8046- states that minors of 18 years old below should have curfew hours between 10:00 P.M.
to 4:00 A.M.

City Ordinances No. 9379- states that it’s prohibited for anyone to act violently, maliciously, scandalously towards
any constituents.

City Ordinance No. 7971- states that any act of vandalism and destruction of public and private property is deeply
punishable by law.

City Ordinance No. 7732 – states that it’s prohibited for men to roam the city streets without T-shirts or topless.

WHEREAS, that those City Ordinances stated above strictly implemented our Barangay Council within the vicinity of
our Barangay;

WHEREAS, ON MOTION MADE BY Kag. CARLITO V. SANTOS and duly seconded by Kag. ERWIN D.
NAVARRO it is hereby resolved as it has been resolved that this resolution be concurred in and
approved by the Barangay Council.
