diary and Honours) students of Mathematics. It would have never
been possible for me to prepare this book had I not been teaching the
subject When the new syllabus of Dacca University came ino
force I was facing caormous difñiculty in teaching the subject
for, not a single book available in the market could meet the
demand of the new syllabus and, as a result, students had to
