          It is with sincere pleasure that I recommend Ms. Michelle Paladino for a
teaching position within your school district. As her colleague and TEAM mentor,
I have had the pleasure of working with Ms. Paladino for the last 2 years.

          Ms. Paladino’s strengths lie in the areas of curriculum design, instructional
delivery, and modifying instruction to meet the ability levels of all students. Each
lesson is designed to meet the needs of students and challenge them, while
providing the necessary support for them to be successful. Ms. Paladino quickly
became familiar with the curriculum and Grade Level Expectations and used data
to drive her instruction. Ms. Paladino demonstrated a strong knowledge of
technology and integrated it purposefully into her daily instruction.

Ms. Paladino is well aware of what children need academically, socially, and
emotionally. She is able to anticipate problems before they become an issue and
deals with each student as an individual, using positive reinforcement as the basis
for her classroom management. Ms. Paladino has successfully created behavior
plans that have led to improvements in student scores.

During the TEAM process, Ms. Paladino has worked to identify areas of
strengths and weaknesses in her teaching. She has used research, classroom
observations as well as professional development to adjust her teaching and
planning to positively impact students. Ms. Paladino has successfully completed
the TEAM modules.

I have enjoyed the opportunity to work with Ms. Paladino. She is dedicated
to the individual needs of students, is flexible in her teaching, and demonstrates
quality teaching practices. She will make a valuable member of any school
community and district.  I strongly recommend Ms. Michelle Paladino for a
