A. Problem Identification

There is a home bakery which making cakes, cupcakes, donuts, etc. and has found
that the cakes were not in proper condition after delivery and due to this the customers
are not satisfied and unhappy with the bakery shop.

The bakery went into finding out why the cakes are not in the proper condition after
delivery, and what the customers want from the bakery shop.

The problem was that the customers want the cake in good condition after delivered
and want home delivery.

The problem was that the cream or the chocolates of the cake is melted due to the
changing temperature of the weather and the decoration of the cake is also deteriorate
due to the bad road conditions.

B. The job the User wants to be done

The bakery fount that the user wants cakes in good condition after delivered, also
want home delivery of the cakes.

E. Deep Dive how--

Need for cake/pastry/cupcakes in good condition.

Users want home delivery of the bakery items.
User wants cake on every occasion. But faces a problem of not getting the
cake/cupcakes/pastry in proper condition and the customer has to buy the cake
himself and take it to his home.
F. How might we can solve the problem

The challenge is to make an equipment which can immediately deliver the bakery
items to the customers and in good condition.

The bakery goes with Idea 4, i.e., customized drone with all features, because user
desirability (empathizing) and economic viability score is more for idea 4 as compared to
other ideas. Though it will be costlier design, but the idea really empathizes the user urgent
need of an appliance which is easy to deliver the bakery items. most of the time user want the
home delivery, so by the help of this appliance it become easy to deliver the bakery items.

Hypothesis – Assumption Identification

1. Chargeable drone with chargeable box will fulfill the need of fast delivery of bakery
items and the cakes in good condition.
2. Due to importance of time the customers need the fast delivery of bakery items at
their respective place

Designing the Experiment-

 1. The experiment will be done on bakery shops owners and consumers by taking the
sample from different sectors.
2. The easiest way will be to demonstrate the picture or working model made as delivery
drone with adjustable temperature box for the delivery of cake.
3. Many workshops of this customize drone show to the different groups of bakery
owner and tell about their use, benefit, how to use it.
4. The customize drone gain the positive response from different users, the positive
response will consider for making the prototype for the further acceptance by the
company.
