detailed points on the duties you undertake in your role and include the GE work

• Qualifications – Please provide colour scanned copies of your tertiary
qualifications and certificates
• Financial documents - Payslips for the last 3 months and your three most
recent tax returns
• Form 956 – Please complete question 13 and sign/date at question 24.

• Position description for the work to be undertaken in Australia - please

complete the attached position description.
• Company Information questionnaire – please complete the attached
questionnaire.
• Earnings worksheet - Details of remuneration while in Australia (please
complete attached earnings worksheet) – including whether they will be paid
guaranteed allowances etc.
