Position/Title: Photographer
Department: MAR
Business Unit: ScanCom Viet Nam

A. GENERAL JOB FUNCTION:

 Photographer is assigned to manage all Photo center activities; she/he will be responsibility for taking
photo about furniture, factory, Events.

B. RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES & AUTHORITIES:

Main responsibility:

 Work with SALES, MARKETING, SDC for shooting product

 Strong editing skills and good knowledge studio lighting, natural light and reflectors.
 Maintain general tidiness of Studio and equipment.
 Excellent awareness of project timings and able to hit your deadlines.
 Ability to use different types of photography software.
 A keen eye for detail and well developed artistic and creative aesthetic.
 Styling and pro to enhance product and creative a visual image.
 Video basic skills.

Duties related CSR and 5S:

 Manage 5S implementation at your workplace in case

 Checking the implementation of sufficient working tools status including PPEs if need
 Follow up the implementation of HSE knowledge and safety cautions at workplace
 Daily check and monitor the HSE implementation and performance at your workplace
 Receive of information on requirements/issues/problems/difficulties and support
related duties to ensure the compliance with HSE requirements
 Raise the request to HSE team and the concerns that need support from HSE team

C. WORKING RELATIONSHIP:
1. Internal:

 Sales and Product management.

 Technical department.
 Marketing department
 Sample distribution center.
 Other needed divisions

2. External:

 Camera store supplier.

 Location hiring supplier

3. Reporting: Video, Photo and Locations Team Leader

3.2. Subordinate: Photo Staff.

D. EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:

Must requirement:

- High school or Intermediate/College/Bachelor Degree major in photography

- Experience in Photograph, making and editing field.

Important requirement:

- Computer: Advance skill using in graphic and design software (Photoshop, Premier)

- English: Communication in English at intermediate level

- Proactive, dynamic and learning growth
- Self-motivation (eager to learn fast).
- Systematically approach thinking
- Good communication, motivation, problems & solving, teamwork, time management.

E. WORKING CONDITION:

Working place: Office ScanCom Vietnam, Binh Duong province.

Working time: Full time.
