• That I Manpreet Kaur Chahal is friend of Jaswant Kaur Mahla.

• .That i am well conversent with the past and present circumstances related to
Jaswant Kaur Mahla.

• That Jaswant Kaur Mahla Always discuss with me her family problem. her
husband always fight with her and also bleming her she have a extra marital
relations.

• That i know very well one day i see her husband beating her and throuing a out
of house.

• That in the month of 7-Sep-2018, Jaswant Kaur Mahla came to my house and
she stayed with me.

• During her stay she discussed with me the problem being faced by him from
Police.

• I suggested her to leave the Country and introduced him to an agent who helped
him to leave the Country safely.

• After she had left my house with the agent. Police had raided my house on 3-oct-
2018 in search of Jaswant Kaur and her son and police give me verbally warning
and the police still visting my house for them.
