Dear BLK Hospital Team,

I want to inform yesterday on 2nd Dec’21 morning, we admitted my brother, Mr. Mohit Nagpal as he is
suffering from chest pain. Your doctors suggested to go for Angiography with angioplasty. So, we
agreed. All this treatment is going on with our medical policy.

First of all, your team ask to pay 15,000 as token money and clearly said that they will deduct some
amount and return us the remainisng amount. I somehow arranged 15,000 (I borrowed this money from
someone). Now, I don’t have any more money.

Now, as per the estimation slip (attached) given by your hospital, it has clearly written that for
Angiography with angioplasty, charges are 1,60,000 (one lakh sixty thousand only) – SLIP ATTACHED.
Then, there are some charges like admission charges, care & hygiene charges, laboratory charges are
NON PAYABLE. Also, all these things are written clearly in your hospital slip.

Now, the problem is that your team is forcing us to take room with Rs.13,000 cap. We cannot afford
this as it is outside our policy limit. We request you to please give any room which is within our
medical policy limit only as we cannot a single penny to pay extra.

Please understand that we have admitted our patient on behlf of our medical policy only. We don’t have
any money. We have only this policy and we request your team to do all billings within this policy limit
only. We are from poor section of the society and we are unable to pay you any amount outside our
policy limit. Please understand and support as I am the only bread owner in the house.

We want to go with policy guidelines only and we cannot go beyond the policy as we don’t have any
extra money. My family is solely dependent on this policy only.

We again and finally request you to:

1. Return me the pending amount from Rs.15000/- and please do not expect any amount from
us.
2. Please give us any room which is within our medical policy as we cannot afford expense
rooms.
