Yoga studios are developed for the benefit of the people and society through practicing yoga.

This consists of techniques and postures that are required for proper living and Health. yoga

helps in stabilizing the mood and emotions by helping an individual to grow in themselves

with the help of spirituality. The purpose of yoga studio is to serve people with consistent

efforts of making an individual learn about yoga asana. It’s a place where an instructor is

hired that helps everyone perform the yoga easily and properly. yoga strengthens the body

and mind for further activities.

Instructors are there to guide and help the clients in making things easier yoga has been

practiced since ages and the Sanskrit word for yoga is [union]. It’s a practice of physical

workout breathing techniques and relaxation process. for attaining peace and growing

spirituality is the very basic element of yoga . it helps in focusing an individual for inner self

and inner peace that is lost in the busy schedule he or she performs every day. Yoga involves

both mind , body and spiritual sense. For harmonizing the inner self yoga has been practiced

from ages till the date of today where it is very much necessary to control the anxiety and

stress.

For becoming more fit and flexible yoga is a really important function to be performed , as it

should be a part of everyone’s life and its awareness has to be spread more and more so that

every individual can perform it and live their life in a healthy way. Today’s modern era has

also started following the yoga asana so to improve their life and be stress-free with its

implement. Due to the raising amount of customers in India

yoga studio has been on trend and growing really rapidly with every passing year. Also

government is taking steps towards healthy living of peoples which is helping the

entrepreneurs to have vast opportunities to help others as well as growing of self and the

economy. So yoga studio can definitely enhanced the living as well as lead people to live a

very much grateful life through yoga poses and postures that help in strengthening the body

as well as the mind.

Description of Business
With LIVEFREE YOGA STUDIO the services we want to offer includes health and

welfare of the individual as well as the society. As every individual in their daily life s goes

through a lot of anxiety, stress and fear. With the help of our service the individual can enjoy

the space we will provide to them as it is almost impossible in today’s date , hectic and busy

schedules have led to number of diseases where one gets struck in their life s and can’t find

time for their own peace and wellness .

Here we will take the initiative to providing a surrounding where one can improve their

vitality and energy by performing yoga as well as strengthens their mind with different

methods that we will be using on them to maintain a healthy lifestyle with the help of

various methods of psychology like survey, content analysis ,questionnaire , techniques to

observe the needs and deep understanding of our clients .

Talking about survey it’s a method where we will provide some questions to our clients and

will check according to the scaling of score about the results that have been filled up by the

clients .Whereas questionnaire are those that itself consist of questions by the developer of

the article accordingly to which the clients answers .By this method we get to know our

clients better .

Forming a relation that is based on good bound is very much necessary for which we will

also perform feedbacks filled by our customers at the very end of the month so that we

can improve accordingly in the field a good yoga studios.

• 20 to 40 year females .[The locality of our yoga studio is BRIJENCLAVE that has

more than 600 peoples around its colony which is widely spread .We will target the

colony females as there is only one park in the colony which creates difficulty in

having own space for doing a walk or even any kind of exercise .So providing a yoga

studio nearby would be a great idea to implement]

• Other than that POST AND PRE MATERNITY will also be focused as we are

hiring specialized therapist that will help in yoga sessions created for the purpose of

such stages where activity of an individual women gets important and require special

care.

• 20 to 40 year males.[According to current scenarios fitness and wellness have grown

but the hectic times either for student or for the men have become difficult so they

tend to find some place where they can relax themselves and can have their own time

individually]

• Old peoples too need care and yoga poses help them in controlling and stabilizing

their emotions as well as their health in that matter .Certain attention will not only

bring change individually but also transform the society.

which explains its importance and its growth due to its popularity .In todays modern times

action of an individual. Though government and their initiatives are leading to more growth

in yoga.

principle of wellness and care in low prices with good facilities so that everyone can join us

and give us the opportunity to serve them As we all go through some phrases of life where

we feel the need of peace and stability of emotion. Having a space for relaxation and calming

of self is important. A yoga studio can definitely help in providing that environment.

As health concerns are growing a yoga studio can improve the daily functions

of an individual by providing more energy and brighter mood also empower them to live a

healthy life because nowadays diseases are growing fast and causing great threat to the

humans .According to ECONOMIC TIMES INDIA has very high rate of growth in the

diseases like;

THE SERVICE OF LIVEFREE YOGA STUDIO is that we are going to provide our

clients with the best stress management techniques by giving them tips and tricks .Also by

making them self aware about their thoughts by harmonizing their body and the spirit with

different asana and yoga poses.

• Through therapist and instructors that are skilled will provide all possible help to the

clients and guide them personally about their doubts.

• With our affordable rates more people can reach for yoga studio and can help us in

serving them with the best of our efforts.

• Focus on clients that are new for yoga and make them help in understanding the whole

concept.

• 4 days classes in a week with a session of 1 hour in which different kinds of yoga will

be involved where the instructors will guide the clients clearly and will teach them

from the very basic.

• Group discussions will also be a part 0f session when mentor will ask from the

clients about their experiences and their life and also the feedbacks related to yoga

center for further improvements.

• Gentle yoga for older people so that they can perform the posture easily and conduct

it according to their comfort in which the instructor will help them out.

in Varanasi as no proper promotion was done and many other lacking factors behind it .As

per the study of ECONOMIC TIMES [THE AYUSH MINISTRY estimates at Rs. 490

billion of which 40 percent goes to wellness services . Yoga is getting popular day by day as

also Covid -19 increased the value of yoga that makes it worth involved in the life.

• Nowadays practitioners are very much concerned about their self as the matter of

health’s, surrounding and the community.

• In Varanasi there are almost 12 yoga center which around 5 percent of the population

of the cities participate which shows the less awareness of people.

yoga poses. Ever tried a plank? You’ve done yoga.

Trainers and fitness classes around the world, not t o mention college and professional

sports teams, are including yoga into more traditional workouts as a potent form of

mind-body conditioning, helping athletes to breathe better and increase their focus.

The Breath

Breathing techniques are an essential part of yoga — not only do they help you to stay

focused while practicing yoga, they can also help reduce stress and relax the nervous

system and calm the mind.

Yoga breathing techniques also offer a “ way into meditation,” says Elena Brower, a

yoga and meditation teacher and the author of “Art of Attention.” Ms. Brower says

that more people who have in recent years focused on the physical aspects of yoga are

moving toward meditation, as they find “they have an i ncreasing need to have time to

reflect, release and recalibrate.”

Here are a few types of breathing techniques that may be included in a yoga class:

Abdominal Breathing: Also called diaphragmatic or belly breathing, this is the most

common breathing technique you’ll find in basic yoga. It helps foster healthy, efficient

breathing in general.

Try it:

1. Inflate your abdomen as you inhale.

2. Exhale, trying to empty your abdomen of as much air as you can.

Ujjayi or “victorious” breath: This type of deep breathing allows you to slow and

smooth the flow of breath. It is often used in flow classes to help students regulate

their breathing as they move through the poses.

Try it:

1. Constrict the muscles in the back of your throat and breathe in and out with your

mouth closed.

2. Some say this breathing technique sounds like Darth Vader; others say it sounds

like the ocean. In any case, the sound should be audible to you only; your neighbor

doesn’t necessarily need to hear it.

Interval or interrupted breathing: In this type of breathing, the student is instructed

to pauses and hold the breath during the inhalation or exhalation, or both. It is a good

way to begin to learn to control the breath, especially if you are looking to try more

advance yoga breathing techniques.

Try it:

1. Inhale fully.

2. Release one-third of the breath.

3. Pause.

4. Release another third of the breath.

5. Pause.

6. Exhale the rest of the breath.

7. Repeat.

8. If you like, you can then do a couple rounds of interrupted breathing during

exhalation.

Alternate nostril breathing: This technique is said to be effective in balancing the

nervous system and is a good idea to try before meditation

Try it:

1. Hold one nostril closed and inhale through the open nostril.

2. Exhale through the open nostril.

3. Switch your hands and block the open nostril, releasing the closed nostril.

4. Inhale through the open nostril and exhale.

5. Repeat several times.

6. Pranayama (प्राणाायाम prāṇāyāma), is one of the eight limbs that form the structural framework

of yoga. Pranayama is a combination of two words from the ancient Indo-Aryan language
